DNL's Standard Office Hours are 7am to 4pm on business days. Many of our meals have a minimum of 10 diners for our local free delivery area. This minimum is in effect during our normal business hours up to 5 pm. Afterhour minimums are as follows:
Orders may be placed with one-day, two-day or longer lead times depending on the nature of the event. Large parties require 1 week notice. If you have a last minute meeting we will try to accommodate although there is a 10% ($50 minimum) expedite charge and we may need to make reasonable ingredient substitutions. One day notice is defined as before noon the business day before the event. Two day notice is defined as before noon the second business day before the event. One week notice is defined as the last business day at least one week before the event. Cancellations within the above notice times will incur a 25% charge of the total amount of the invoice. A 20 minute delivery window is required. Breakfast and lunch pick-ups are generally the same day although other arrangements may be made with the office. Payments in full are due net 15 days after the date of event on approved accounts. Orders placed before credit is approved must be paid C.O.D. or by credit card; Visa, Mastercard and American Express are accepted. B-B-Q’s and Large Parties (100 diners or over $1000.00) have deposits due earlier as quoted. All orders are subject to sales tax unless (1) this is a valid non-taxable event, and (2) we are provided with a California tax-exempt number (charities, schools, religious organizations).
