Welcome to the 2008 DNL MenusThank you for a successful 2007!We cleaned up and reformatted the menus for 2008, cleared out the deadwood and freshened up some recipes: Our new Vegetable Lasagna sports diced tomatoes, spinach, summer squashes and mushrooms layered with cheeses. For traditionalists we still have the Double Cheese Lasagna with our House Basil Tomato sauce. Enchiladas have been replaced with Enchilada Pie, a layered dish baked with corn tortillas, peppers, onions, diced tomatoes, sliced olives, cheeses and a spicy red sauce. Based on customer feedback we are bringing back and improving the Chinese Broccoli Beef using real Chinese broccoli and a new recipe. A new party section is being developed. Currently the Appetizer sections are presented; soon to come are new Hor d´Oeuvre parties and Dinner parties, along with a wedding and formal reception guide.
